Return Policy

At Hospital Med Supply, making sure you're happy with your purchase is our top priority. If there's any error on our part with your order, or you get something that's defective or damaged, give us a call right away at 513-822-8049 or email us at  [email protected] . If you need to return an item for a different reason, no worries! We've got a 30-day return policy that goes like this:

  • Within 30 days of getting your delivery, you can receive a refund or credit for most items, as long as they're still in their original packaging. Before you send anything back, just email us at [email protected] to get a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write that number on the shipping label of each box you're returning so we can smoothly process your refund. Heads up, though—items sent back without their original packaging or without an RMA will have a 20% restocking fee.

  • Returns beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted.   

  • Return shipments must arrive within 15 days of issuing the RMA     

 

  • This return policy does not cover opened electrode pads, opened rescue kits, used batteries, manikins, opened books, opened software, videos, CDs, DVDs, extended warranties, online training passcodes (once issued), and classroom training (once scheduled). If you're returning an AED or training unit, we'll adjust the refund to account for opened pads, used batteries, or items that are no longer resalable. Training purchases and AED management services are non-refundable once scheduled or online passcodes have been issued. Once a manikin training bundle is picked up for rental, the rental price is non-refundable.

 

Boxing The Item:
The item you are returning must be shipped back in its original packaging and include all original contents. Items not in their original condition are not returnable.

Since our products come in all shapes and sizes, and we use UPS’ rate calculator based on zip codes, we can't set a standard shipping table for freight costs.

The responsibility for shipping and insurance costs on returned items lies with the customer. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend shipping returns insured through a reputable carrier that provides a tracking number. Hospital Med Supply, LLC is not liable for customer returns lost or damaged during shipping.

Items not purchased from Hospital Med Supply cannot be returned to us.

Credit Card Chargeback/Dispute: For all disputes, please contact Hospital Med Supply first to resolve the issue. If a chargeback is initiated on the credit card used for payment by you or the cardholder or if the cardholder doesn’t recognize or remember the charge, you will be responsible for the processing fee in addition to the original payment.

How We Process Your Refund:
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once our warehouse has received and inspected your returned product, you can expect to receive a new replacement product within a few days if it is approved. Sometimes items are not immediately available or are on backorder. We will ship the new replacement item to you as soon as possible.

We aim to process your refunds or credits within 10 business days after we get your returned items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original order.

 

Class Policy

 

Refund Policy: Hospital Med Supply has a No Refund policy. Please make sure you are registering for the correct class. Please attend your scheduled class.

 

Rescheduling: You are permitted to reschedule your class once by emailing your request to [email protected] . Your request must be received within 24 hours of your scheduled class. You must reschedule your class within 45 days of the original course date. If you do not attend the rescheduled class, it will be treated as a new registration and you forfeit your original payment. You will need to pay for a new class. If you attend the class but do not pass, you will be permitted to reschedule for another class one time only. You will have to pay for a new class if you do not pass the course the second time.

 

No Show:  There are NO refunds for no-shows. Your payment will be forfeited. You will have to register and pay for a new class.

 

Tardy Policy: Please make plans to arrive on time.  Students arriving more than 10 minutes after the class start time will need to reschedule for a future class.

 

E-books and Manuals: All E-book purchases and paperback manuals are non-refundable.

 

Emergency Cancellation: Hospital Med Supply reserves the right to cancel a class due to weather conditions and any other uncontrollable circumstance.

 Add-Ons: All add-on purchases are non-refundable such as CPR Keychains with Face Shield.
